Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
- Local Delivery (if available in your area): Same-day or next-day delivery for eligible locations

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out for those on our homepage or during checkout.
Example Rates (subject to change):
- Standard Shipping: Rs: 249
- Express Shipping: Rs: 300
- Free Shipping: On orders over Rs: 3000 or above amount (All over The Pakistan).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most major regions within The Pakistan. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to reach out to our support team before placing your order.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. ToySmart is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
